Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cozy with a large balcony and an excellent mountain view, but it was too hot inside with no air conditioning, making it noisy when trying to cool down by opening windows. The service was incredibly generous and helpful, making up for some of the room discomfort. The location was convenient for reaching the bus stop to Faloria and Tofana lifts, but street noise could be a bother at times. The dining was average with typical Italian fare but at an extra charge. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to the town center. The rooms were clean and comfortable with spacious bathrooms, although the absence of air conditioning was misleading. The service was friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable despite small inconveniences. Although road noise could be bothersome due to the central location, the proximity to shops and restaurants was a definite plus.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were superb, offering great amenities and a quiet atmosphere with a lovely view. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was convenient, close to town and transportation options. The dining experience was decent but could have been more varied. Overall, a great value for the price.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The two twin beds in separated alcoves saved us money, which was great, but the noisy main street made it hard to relax. The tiny bathrooms were a downside, and there was a discrepancy in bathroom sizes compared to the website. On the bright side, the well-insulated rooms meant we had to open windows for cooling, making it noisier, but at least we were comfortable.
I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The room was excellent, well-appointed, and surprisingly quiet despite facing the busy street, offering a lovely view of the walking street and mountains. However, the absence of air conditioning was a letdown, especially since it was advertised on the booking site. The service was top-notch, with the local advisor and housekeeper being warm and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even suggesting ways to save money. The location was superb, close to the town center and convenient for exploring the area, although the typical Italian street noise could be bothersome. The dining experience was delightful with a good selection of breakfast items. Overall, a wonderful experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The room was cozy with a large balcony offering an excellent mountain view. The presence of two twin beds in separated alcoves helped us save money, which was a nice surprise.
